E-Commerce Reassessment : Website

 The name of my website is ASH.  The website sells soaps and candles. I have made different pages on the website, these are  For Body, For Home, About and Contact.  There is also an option for Log in and chat.  Meta tags: Meta tags are areas in HTML code that contain information about a website. The information can not be seen on the website itself. Search engines access certain meta tags so they can display a page title and description in search results.it provides information such as what was used to create the page, a description of page and keywords relevant to the page.  JQuery:  A Jquery is JavaScript library that allows the developers to add extra functions to their websites. It is open source and provided for free under MIT licence. The purpose of cookies is to remember information about the user, similar to a preference file created by a software application..  Some sites save both username and password in a cookie, while others only save username. There are four different types of E- Commerce: 1- Business to Business (B2B) B2B is one of the most common types of e-commerce. This is when a transaction of goods or services occurs between two businesses i.e  one business sells its  products to other business directly. For example a software company selling their software to retailers.    E-commerce website analysis is the process of  analysis e-commerce site’s performance  with the goal of improving the experience for visitors and customers and increasing revenue. E-commerce website analysis tools help to understand the visitors’ experience through qualities and quantity data so businesses can make the change on their websites.  Two E-commerce websites will be compared in this post. WWW (WORLD WIDE WEB) World Wide Web (WWW) was invented in 1989 by Tim Berners-Lee, a British scientist while he was working at CERN. The original aim of the web was to meet the demand for automated information-sharing between scientists in universities and institutes around the world. Tim Berners-Lee wrote the first proposal for the World Wide Web in March 1989 and his second proposal in May 1990. Together with Belgian systems engineer Robert Cailliau, this was formalised as a management proposal in November 1990 which went live for the first time in December 1990.
