E- Commerce Reassesment: Homepage and Contact Us

 I made following changes to the homepage of my website:

  • Changed the name on the template and theme and all the colours
  • Added the options of buying the product i.e Soaps and Candles
  • Added different photos on the homepage showing different products and make it more aesthetic 
  • Included the contact us button on the bottom of the page to make it easier for the customer to find the contact information. 
Following changes were made to the Contact us page:
  • Included the owner name, telephone number and an email address for the website.
  • Linked a contact form on the page so that customers can fill in the details and send the queries to the owner
  • Added links to all the pages in the bottom and sign up to newsletter field.

    As it said in my instructions you must not add personal information to your contact page - the form links to your gmail account so there is no need to put the email address, and you don't want your personal address and details on a live website!

WWW (WORLD WIDE WEB) World Wide Web (WWW) was invented in 1989 by Tim Berners-Lee, a British scientist while he was working at CERN. The original aim of the web was to meet the demand for automated information-sharing between scientists in universities and institutes around the world.
